Balancing School and fitness


Hey, there student-athletes,

 I'm back again with another post here on how to balance school and fitness since a lot of young athletes have a hard time doing that.

First of all, this might be a little hard on you but it's so important to do. You have to sacrifice some of that after-school nap. Yes, I know what your saying. Right now, I feel the same thing. but I promise it's actually going to flip your life the right side up.

This small change will have a large list of benefits such as,

-Earlier sleep

-better body

- more time to study.

- better relationships.

For the first few days, you might find it extremely hard to function, but I'm sure it will be so worth it!
